Such a beautiful photo! The sky is so warm!
The only reason I can see for this being declined is what appears to be a slight bit of blur throughout the photo. Were you using a tripod? Something like that is a must for a photo like this
Also, the horizon's being slightly off-balance is definitely distracting, but a quick adjustment in photo processing software can fix that
